妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积的诊断和治疗进展 被引量：1

摘要 妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积（ICP）是妊娠期特有的并发症，常发生于妊娠中晚期。临床上以皮肤瘙痒及肝内胆汁淤积的血液学指标异常，以及二者在产后迅速消失或恢复正常为特征。主要危害是引起早产、羊水胎粪污染、产时胎儿窘迫、胎死宫内等，增加围产儿发病率及病死率。
