摘要
以不对称电液比例方向阀控制不对称缸的动力机构为例,给出了建立适用于所有的三位四通电液比例阀控缸动力机构、考虑了背压力、油管、泄漏、节流槽形状、平衡点位置等诸多因素影响的数学模型。通过实验和仿真的对比,证明了建立数学建模的方法是正确的。
Taking an asymmetric proportional direction valve controlling cylinder as an example, the problem how to build a math model suiting for all kind of 4/3-way proportional-valve-control-cylinder actuating unit was solved. This model allows for the effect of back pressure, oil pipe, leakage, shape of throttle slot, and balance position. The compassion between the experimental result and the simulation result shows the provided method for math modeling was correct.
