摘要
中国的饮食文化源远流长,中外闻名;中式菜名多姿多彩,令人目不暇接。但中式菜之命名仍有规律可循。通过分析和解读中式菜名的构成方式,尝试从认知语言学角度审视中式菜的命名和英译,不仅对翻译有指导借鉴作用,还有利于促进跨文化交际。
Abstract: China's dietary culture enjoys a long history and is quite world-famous. The names of Chinese dishes are various. Yet rules in naming Chinese dishes can be found. Probing into the formation of Chinese dishes, attempting to analyzing and interpreting them from a perspective of cognitive linguistics will not only be useful to the translation of Chinese dishes but conductive to intercultural communication.
