摘要
以驱蚊草茎、叶为外植体,筛选诱导愈伤组织、丛生芽增殖及生根的最佳培养基.结果表明:MS+6-BA0.1 mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+2,4-D0.1 mg/L+AgNO31.0mg/L对愈伤组织的诱导效果最好;MS+6-BA0.2 mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+AgNO31.0mg/L为丛生芽增殖的最佳培养基;1/2MS+NAA0.3mg/L+AgNO31.0mg/L生根效果最好.
The stems and leaves of Pelargoniurn × citrenella were cultured as explants in different media with different hormone. And optimal culture medium was explored for the rapid propagation of the plant. The results showed that MS+ 6 - BA0.1mg/L + NAA0. 1mg/L + 2,4 - B0.1mg/L + AgNO31.0mg/L, MS + 6 - BA0. 2mg/L+ NAA0.1mg/L+ AgNO31.0mg/L and 1/2MS + NAA0.3mg/L + AgNO31.0mg/L were most suitable for inducing callus tissues, proliferating buds and rooting of microshoots respectively.
