摘要
目的优化手术室接送病人流程,缩短接送时间,提高工作质量与效率。方法采用六西格玛管理方法定义、测量、分析、改进、控制5个步骤创新接送病人流群,对流程再造前后效果进行评价。结果流程再造后接送病人缺陷率降低、时间缩短,手术病人、外科医生对接送病人的满意度提高(P<0.01),达到了预期目标。结论应用六西格玛管理方法优化手术室接送病人流程,降低了工作缺陷率,提商了手术病人与手术医生的满意度。
Objective To optimize the work flow of patient delivery in operating room, shorten the transfer time, improve work quality and efficiency. Method The work flow of patient delivery in operating room was modified based on the five steps of Six Sigma management method including definition, measurement, analysis,improvement and control. Then, the effects were evaluated, Results The process reengineering significantly reduced the defect rate in patient delivery, shortened the transfer time, increased patients and surgeons' satisfaction ( P 〈 0. 01 ), which achieved the desired objectives. Conclusion The application of Six Sigma management method in the process reengineering for patients delivery in operating room is proved to be effective to reduce nursing defects,as well as increase patients and surgeons' satisfaction.
