摘要
目的:研究土壤放线菌G1-8次生代谢产物的抗菌谱及其发酵液的稳定性。方法:采用抑制菌丝生长速率法、管碟法测定发酵液的生物活性。在不同条件下测定发酵液的稳定性。结果:在对12种供试病原真菌的抑制效果中,6种达到80%以上。在连续传代10代过程中,4℃及常温条件保存下,培养特征和抑菌活性基本没有变化。发酵液在60.100℃的温度梯度下没有丧失活性,在pH2和12的强酸、碱条件下也都比较稳定。结论:该菌株的代谢产物具有广谱抗菌活性和很强稳定性,具有一定开发价值。
Objective- Anfimicrobial spectrum and stability of the fermentation extracts produced by actinomycete strain G1 - 8 was studied. Meth- od: By means of mycelium growth rate and cup - plate method, the fungicidal activity of bioassay was studied. The stability of the fermentation extracts in different condition was measured. Result: Six kinds of pathogens were inhibited 80% in the twelve kinds of pathogens. Especially for the Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Bipolaris maydis, they were inhibited 95% above. The stability of antibiotic productivity and cultural characteris- tics of strain G1 - 8 were not altered by ten serial subcultures or by modifying the preserved temperature in 4 ℃ or normal temperature. The fungi- cidal produced by strain GI - 8 could survive high temperature, acid and base. Conclusion: Antimicrobial spectrum of actinomycete strain G1 - 8 was widely. The stability was good. The actinomycete strain G1 - 8 was worth developing.
