摘要 脑电生物反馈已逐渐成为治疗注意缺陷多动障碍的主要手段之一,而对其疗效进行客观的评估显得很有必要。文中主要采用文献资料法,对目前常用的随机对照设计和与利他林疗效相比较的两种主要疗效评估方法进行了综合分析。发现在以上疗效评估中,普遍采用了各类神经心理学量表,而且疗效肯定,但治疗时间比较长,一般需要治疗40次以上,且对不同亚型的注意缺陷多动障碍儿童治疗疗效不同。提示脑电反馈可作为兴奋剂药物治疗注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的辅助或替代治疗的手段之一,脑电反馈与药物、心理和行为训练等结合有助于进一步提高其治疗效果。 Electroencephalogram (EEG) feedback gradually becomes a major means among treatments for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). It is necessary to assess the effect of EEG feedback in treating ADHD child. Using the method of literal data, this paper analyzed two main evaluation methods for curative effect which is commonly used comparing with self random comparison design and Ritalin curative effect. The results indicate that all the previously mentioned evaluation methods commonly adopt neuropsychological scales, and the curative effect is positive, but the treatment time is too long, usually over forty times. In addition, the curative effects are different between various subtypes of ADHD. EEG feedback is an important assistant tool or a replacement to treat ADHD using stimulant drug. EEG feedback combined with drugs, mentality and behavior training is conducive to enhance the curative effect.
