摘要
光电电压互感器(EVT)利用晶体电光效应进行电压的测量和保护,是一种新型的电压互感器。设计了一套以BGO晶体为主体的光电电压互感器的无线数据采集传输系统,采用P89LPC938单片机对数据进行处理,实现数据的采集和模数转换功能,并采用无线传输模块nRF2401,可将现场测量的数据,传送到远处的PC机或数据合成单元,减少了现场布线带来的问题,提高了安全性。系统采用双光路原理,对自然双折射所产生的影响作适当补偿。实验结果表明:系统能够实现实测数据的较高精确度以及线形度,并能实现数据稳定可靠的无线传送。
Electro-optic voltage transformer measures the voltage by using the Pockels effect of the BGO crystal. A wireless data-acquisition system based on the BGO crystal for the electro-optic voltage transformer was designed. The P89LPC938 chip was used to deal with the data. It can realize the data sampling and the analog to digital transformation function. And the nRF2401 chip was used to realize the wireless data transmission. The data was transmitted to a remote PC or a data processing element. It solved the problem brought by cabling and improved the field safety. The system used the double optical path principle to indemnify the system from the infection which was brought by the natural double refraction. The result shows that the system can realize the high precision of the measure. And the linearity of the output is pretty well. The data can be transmitted stably and safely by wireless.
