摘要
目的:研究松针的降血脂作用。方法:雌性大鼠切除卵巢,术后1周开始给药,每周测量一次体重,给药14周剥离子宫称重,计算子宫系数;彻底摘除腹部脂肪并称重,计算腹部脂肪系数;测定大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果:大鼠去卵巢15周后TC、TG、LDL-C均升高,松针提取物有降低TC、TG、LDL-C的作用,但对HDL-C无影响,松针多糖部位的降血脂作用与其它各部位相比更为显著。结论:松针提取物有一定的降血脂作用。
Objective：To study the lipid-lowering effect of pine needles. Method： 50 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups： normal group, model group, n-butanol part group, water part group and polysaccharides part group with 10 rats in each group. All rats were ovariectomized except for the normal group. One week after operation, the rats were treated with different medicines. Fifteen weeks after treated the medicines, the rats were killed, the levels of TG, TC, HDL-C,LDL-C were measured. Results： The level of TG, TC, LDL-C in the rat that ovariectomized increased significantly after 15 week, the extract of pine needles can reduce TG,TC, LDL-C, but no effect in HDL-C. Compared with others group, the polysaccharides part group reduce blood lipids more significantly. Conclusion： Pine needles extract can reduce the blood lipids.
