摘要
本文对单钉固定股骨颈骨折的模型进行应力计算,考虑中空钉和股骨之间的接触以及摩擦作用,分析了不同摩擦系数的影响。有限元计算结果表明:摩擦系数对计算结果有一定的影响,采用不同的摩擦系数,计算结果最大相差7.16%;中空钉和股骨之间按接触计算,计算的结果更精确;如果是进行定性的分析,为了节省计算时间,可以用节点位移耦合代替接触,二者计算结果最大相差8.58%。
Based on the Computed Tomography and 3D-DOCTOR software,a model of femoral neck fracture fixed with a single screw is founded and the stress distribution of this model is calculated. Compared to correlative research that stick the surfaces between the femoral and screw together,in this thesis the surfaces between the femoral and screw are considered as contact ones,and different friction factors are also taken into account. It can be found that friction factor has definite effect on the stress distribution of the screw but has little effect on the femoral stress field. The maximum difference a- mong several friction factors is 7. 16 percent. However,a simplified model is also discussed in which constraint equations are used between the femoral and screw surfaces along radial directions. The differential rate of the results using the two methods is up to 8.58%.
