摘要
从粒径分布、电导率、活化能、致密性及制备的模拟电池的放电性能等方面,对8mol%Y2O3稳定的ZrO2(8YSZ)(TOSOH8YSZ和JC8YSZ)作为固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)电解质进行了比较。结果表明:TOSOH8YSZ的平均粒径比JC8YSZ小1.20μm;TOSOH子8YSZ在1500℃下烧结的活化能比JC8YSZ低2.68kJ/mol,在800℃时的电导率高0.0032S/cm。以TOSOH8YSZ为电解质的模拟电池,在800℃时的最大功率密度比JC8YSZ为电解质的高45.45%。SEM测试表明.在1450~1500℃下烧结制备的TOSOH8YSZ的电解质膜更致密.
8 tool% Y203 stabilized ZrO2 (8YSZ) (TOSOH 8YSZ and JC 8YSZ) applied as electrolyte for solid oxide fuel cen (SOFC) were compared from the particle size distribution, conductivity, activation energy, compactness and the discharge performance of prepared simulation cert. The results showed that the average particle size of TOSOH 8YSZ was 1.20 μm smaller than JC YSZ, the activation energy of TOSOH 8YSZ was 2.68 kJ/mol lower than JC 8YSZ when calcined at 1 500 ℃, the conductivity was 0.003 2 S/cm higher at 800 ℃. The maximum power density of the simulation cell using TOSOH 8YSZ as electrolyte was 45.45% higher than that using JC 8YSZ as electrolyte at 800 ℃ .The SEM test showed that the TOSOH 8YSZ film calcined at 1 450- 1 500 ℃ was more compact.
