摘要
依据数值传热学原理和采煤机液压盘式制动器摩擦系统的结构特点,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0建立了采煤机制动器摩擦片及对偶盘的二维有限元模型,对摩擦片及对偶盘在紧急制动工况下的温升过程进行数值模拟计算,得出制动器温度场的分布状况,分析了瞬态温度场的变化情况,可为进一步研究盘式制动器提供参考。
According to the heat transfer theory and characteristic of construction of coal cutter brake friction disc, a two-dimensional finite element model of friction disk and mate plate was established using ANSYS10.0 software, and the temperature rise in the friction disk and mate plate during a sudden break was simulated the distribution of the temperature field were obtained. The characteristics of transient temperature field are analyzed. The investigation can provide reference for further research of disc brake.
