摘要
激光表面合金化是一种材料表面改性处理的新方法,具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了激光表面合金化的研究现状,其中包括激光表面合金化工艺制定原理及方法、合金化涂层的组织特性与性能。研究认为,采取适当的工艺参数和预热处理可以得到理想的合金化涂层,其显微组织具有典型的复合性特征;合金化涂层与基体材料呈良好的冶金结合,结合强度高,能够显著提高廉价基体材料表面的硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性和耐腐蚀磨损等性能。同时本文指出了激光合金化当前研究存在的不足和今后努力的方向。
Recent developments and applications of laser alloying in producing novel coatings are reviewed in detail, including the principle of the preparation and the method, microstructural characteristic and property. The results indicate that the ideal laser alloying coating can be achieved with the optimized parameters, the microstructure of the alloying coating is complex. The coating has a strong metallurgical boning with substrate, and the coating has high hardness, excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and corrosive wear resistance, so it is used widely. Furthermore, the need for further research is discussed as well.
