摘要
基于VB开发一个对表达式进行自动计算的控件,以实现通过表达式的方式自动采集非圆齿轮的传动比要求;基于模块设计方法搭建了系统框架,然后用数值计算方法,开发不同传动比要求下非圆齿轮节曲线的设计模块;基于VBA仿真非圆齿轮的加工,生成非圆齿轮实体。在节曲线设计成功的基础上,开发非圆齿轮的辅助制造模块。在上述所开发的各模块中,反复测试了程序,所开发的系统能够完成常用非圆齿轮的自动设计和数控加工程序的自动生成。
An ActiveX controller that can automatically calculate the expression was firstly developed to achieve the non-circular gears transmission ratio using VB as the programming language. System frame was built by module design methods, and the design module of non-circular gears pitch for different transmission ratios was built by numerical analysis method and the ActiveX controller. Then the non-circular gears solid was formed by simulating its ma- chining process using VBA. Based on the designed non-circular gears pitch module, a computer aided module for machining non-circular gears was also developed. The system was debuged repeatedly and the results show that it can automatically perform the design of non-circular gears and generation of NC machining code.
