哺乳动物着床前胚胎的体外培养营养体系的研究

摘要 胚胎的体外培养是哺乳动物胚胎工程的基础环节。近年来,为了克服胚胎体外发育所存在的缺陷,国内外对不同动物胚胎的体外发育所需营养进行了系统的研究,大力地推动了胚胎体外生产的进程,对保护濒危野生动物种质资源也具有重要的意义。本文就哺乳动物着床前胚胎体外发育培养液中的重要成分进行了分析。
