摘要
目的:探讨藤茶总黄酮(TF)对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:以碳廓清率法、血清半数溶血值测定法和免疫消浊比浊法,测定正常小鼠的单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清溶血素含量、总补体活性和血清补体C3含量。结果:TF能显著提高正常小鼠的单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能,明显促进血清溶血素和补体C3的生成,并提高总补体活性,以上均呈一定的剂量依赖性。结论:TF可能提高正常小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective： To investigate the influence of total flavone （TF） on the immune function of normal mice. Methods： The phagocytization of the mice＇s monocytes, the concentrations of serum hemolysin and the activity of the serum total complement were measured by colorlmetry and the levels of complement 3 （C3） were evaluated by immuno scattering turbidity assay. Results： TF enhanced the phagocytization of the mice＇s monocytes, the concentrations of serum hemolysin and Cs, and increased the activity of the serum total complement in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion： TF might improve the immune functions of normal mice.
