摘要 [目的]调查四川中医药高等专科学校大专生的营养知识、态度、饮食行为情况,为今后的营养健康教育提供参考依据。[方法]自行设计问卷调查对不同营养教育程度的345名医学专科生进行营养知识、态度和饮食行为的调查。[结果]营养知识测试中,营养教育程度最高的学生得分最高,女生营养知识得分高于男生。大部分学生有良好的求知欲望,希望通过多种途径获得营养知识。大部分学生的营养态度端正、大部分饮食行为良好,但部分学生也存在一些问题:如不常吃水果、肉禽、鱼、奶类、豆类及制品及近一半学生早餐质量不高等。[结论]课堂教育对提高医学生的营养知识有重要作用,在加强课堂教育的同时,应注重综合性的宣传教育,提高学生营养知识水平,加强饮食行为的正确引导。 [ Objective] To investigating the students' nutrition knowledge, attitude, diet behavior and provide reference for nutrition education. [ Methods ] Used self-designed paper to investigate 345 students in Sichuan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. [Results] Those who were highly educated in nutrition got the highest mark. Female get higher than male ,Most students had strong desire in obtaining nutrition knowledge by different ways, Most students had positive attitude and good diet behavior. There were still some problems, such as inadequate fruit, meat, fish, milk, bean and its products; half of the stu, dents had low quality of breakfast. [ Conclusion] School education plays an important role in improving students' nutrition knowledge. Meanwhile, comprehensive propaganda must be paid attention to give students appropriate guide and improve students' nutrition knowledge.
