小班化教学背景下的教师专业发展——对美国经验的分析 被引量:13

Teacher's Professional Development for Small Class Teaching Based on the Experience of America

摘要 随着小班化教学改革的深化,促进小班化教学教师的专业发展势在必行。本文基于对美国相关实践的研究指出,小班化教学背景中教师专业发展要关注其自身的特点,不能将其一般化,要做到目标与形式的统一结合,同时建立必要的制度保障。 The development of small class teaching requires teachers to strengthen the ability of small class teaching.However. there are some problems of teacher's professional development for small class teaching.This paper, based on the analysis of the experience of small class teaching in America, points out that neglecting differences of teachers, separating the content and processes of small class teaching and lacking of necessary policy guarantee are the major problems of teacher's professional development for small class teaching.
