摘要
针对铁大线低输量运行开展了管道结蜡的预测及与土壤总传热系数相关性影响研究,给出了铁大线低输量运行条件下的经济结蜡厚度以及结蜡厚度与土壤总传热系数的相关式,确定了各站间的总传热系数和管道的安全最低输量,提高了管道在综合处理工艺条件下的热力校核的准确性,为铁大线低输量运行热力系统改造节约了费用。
A study on the correlative influence of wax thickness and overall heat transfer coefficient of soil is carried out in the light of low throughput operation of TieDa Oil Pipeline. The correlations on the economic wax thickness under the condition of low throughput operation and the correlations about wax thickness and overall heat transfer coefficient of soil are given and the overall heat transfer coefficient of pumping stations and minimum safety throughput of the pipeline are determined and the accuracy of thermal calculation under the condition of heating and/or PPD treatment for the pipeline is improved, which economizes the cost for the thermal system's alternation of TieDa Oil Pipeline.
