摘要
QQ群咨询服务是在网络环境下随时为读者提供在线咨询的一种服务手段,是对传统图书馆参考咨询服务的一种完善和更新。本文通过咨询实践阐述了利用大众化的腾讯QQ群开展网上实时参考咨询服务的可行性和优越性,并针对利用腾讯QQ群开展数字参考咨询服务提出了建议和思考。
QQ group reference service is a kind of service offering online consultation to readers at any time under the network environment. It is a kind of perfection and upgrading to the traditional library reference service. The feasibility and advantage of using Tencent QQ group for real - time reference service were set forth and the recommendation was proposed based on the status and development of reference services both at home and abroad.
