在职人员报考工程硕士研究生影响因素的实证研究

摘要 文章从工程硕士报考主体的视角对重庆地区5所高校的工程硕士考生进行了问卷调查,并运用因素分析的方法对影响在职人员报考工程硕士研究生的各因素进行了实证研究。提出了社会期望、工作需要、求知欲、学习兴趣、人际关系、调剂生活构成影响在职人员报考工程硕士研究生的6个主要因子。通过相关性分析,得知在职人员报考工程硕士研究生的影响因素与考生个人属性具有显著的相关性。 From the perspective of the main body of master of engineering candidates, a questionnaire has been conducted for the people who enter themselves for master of engineering entrance exam in five universities of Chongqing and an empirical research has been made, with the method of factor analysis, to study every factor whioh influences the people' s application of master of engineering. And six major factors--"social expectation", "occupational requirement", "thirst for knowledge", "interest of learning", "interpersonal relation" and "life adjustment" have been proposed and analyzed in this paper. It can be seen that the factors which influence the office -bearers to enter themselves for master of engineering entrance exam have obvious correlation with the personal attribute through correlation analysis.
