摘要 为探明桑植趾沟蛙(Rana sangzhiensis)的生物学特性,对其形态结构、生活习性及营养成分进行了测定分析,并对雌、雄蛙间的主要性状比值进行差异性检验.结果表明:雌、雄蛙间头长/头宽差异极显著,头长/吻长差异显著;水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和灰分的鲜重含量分别为80.09%,18.1%,0.5%和1.1%,与牛蛙、青蛙等相近,粗蛋白含量明显高于中华鳖、鳜鱼等名贵水产品,粗脂肪含量显著低于中华鳖、带鱼、猪肉和鸡蛋等,是一种高蛋白低脂肪营养丰富的蛙种,具有较好的养殖发展前景. The morphological structure, living habits and the nutritional components of Rana sangzhiensis were measured and analyzed to investigate its biological characters, and a remarkable inspection on the ratio of main measurable characters between female and male frog were performed. The result showed that there were a prominent high difference in the ratio of head length and head width, and a prominent difference in the ratio of head length and snout length between the male and female frog.The contents of the main nutritional components in moisture, crude protein, crude fat and ash were 80.09%, 18.1%, 0.5% and 1.1% respectively. Its nutrition was close to bull frog and frog, higher in crude protein than soft-shelled turtle, mandarin fish et al., lower in crude fat than soft-shelled turtle, halrtail, pork and egg et al..Rana sangzhiensis is a protein-rich and fat-lower species with a high nutritional value and better culturing foreground.
