摘要
包钢喷煤新系统条件下,在实验室试验研究了喷吹用煤的着火温度、爆炸性能及燃烧性能等工艺参数;同时研究了富氧率、喷吹气体种类对煤粉燃烧的影响规律,对不同烟煤配比情况下的煤焦理论置换比进行了计算分析,提出了新系统烟煤配比的合理比例为70%~80%,系统入口温度控制在275℃以下,出口φ(O_2)控制在12%以下。工业试验取得了降低焦比、提高煤比的效果。
The paper describes the experimental results of pulverized coal combustion efficiency and the firing temperature, explosive properties in the new PCI system of Baoton Steel. At the same time, the influences of oxygen enrichment and injecting gas type on combustion efficiency are studied. The theoretical ratio replacing coke by coal is analyzed. It shows that the optimal bituminous coal ratio in new PCI system is 70% - 80% ,ingress temperature and outlet φ(02) should be controlled less than 275 ℃ and 12% respectively.The coke ratio decreases and PC ratio increases in industrial test.
