摘要
文章利用扫描电镜对钢轨锯切面上的缺陷进行了检测分析,通过检测分析判定钢轨锯切面上的缺陷实际上是钢轨锯切时支撑不当,锯切口扩展开裂的解理断口,由于该扩展断口具有起伏,大锯切过后遗留在钢轨的锯切面上所致的,并非钢轨中的夹杂物或冶金缺陷。通过加强锯切钢轨两端的固定,有效避免同类问题的产生。
The sawing facial defect of the rail is analyzed by SEM .The defect was caused by the cracked force due to the unbalance support of the rail during sawing and was not the inclusion or metallurgical defect in the steel. The same problem can be effectively avoided by fastening the rail.
