摘要
"和而不同"乃高校"和谐管理"的内涵和要旨,高校院系办公室管理因其对象和工作性质的特殊性,在新形势下迫切呼唤提升管理的"和谐品位",必须通过转变观念、树立和谐理念、形成包容多元性和差异性的行为方式、正确处理与教学科研及人才培养关系等有效途径,探索提升高校院系办公室管理品位,以实现高校院系办公室和谐管理。
To cooperate harmoniously but maintain each characteristics is the connotation and the gist of "Harmonious Management" in universities. For the particularity of its management object and its nature, under the new situation, if it wants to upgrade the harmonious grade of management , the colleges'should change their old mind, establish the harmonious idea, format the behavior that can harbour diversity and differences, and find the way in treating interpersonal relationship effectively.
