摘要
目的探讨舒血宁注射液治疗老年哮喘的临床疗效。方法将100例老年哮喘患者随即分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予抗感染、解痉、平喘、补液等常规治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上加用舒血宁注射液20 ml静脉滴注,1次/天,10天/疗程。观察患者治疗前后咳、痰、喘及哮鸣音变化情况,同时记录患者在治疗过程中的不良反应情况。结果对照组50例中总有效率为68%;观察组50例中总有效率为90%。经统计学处理,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),在使用舒血宁注射液过程中,未见明显不良反应。结论舒血宁注射液能明显改善老年哮喘患者的症状、体征,疗效可靠,且未发现不良反应,值得在基层医院推广。
Objective To investigate the treatment of presby-asthma＇s clinical observation by using shuxuening injection. Methods A total of 100 patients with presby-asthma were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group is 50 instances, the control group is 50 instances. The control group is used by conventional therapy （ anti-infection, spasmolysis, suppressing asthma and fluid replacement） ;on the base of the control group, the treatment group plus shuxuening injection （20 ml, iv gtt, q, d . , 10d/time of therapy）. Observing the patients＇ changes of tussis, sputum, wheeze and wheezing tale, simultaneous recording ADR in course of therapy. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is 90% , the control group is 68 %. As compared with the control group, the treatment group has significance distinction （P 〈 0. 05 ） , using shuxuening injection hasn＇t obvious ADR in course of therapy. Conclusion Shuxuening injection can improve the patients with presbyasthma＇s symptoms and physical sign obviously, not found obvious ADR. It is worth to spread to the hospital of primary level.
