摘要
为了提高环氧树脂(EP)胶粘剂的韧性,利用过量的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)与氨基聚醚进行反应,然后进一步与二乙烯三胺反应合成了二乙烯三胺封端的端氨基聚脲;并以此作为EP的固化剂和增韧剂,制备了高断裂伸长率的EP胶粘剂。实验结果表明,当m(EP)∶m(端氨基聚脲)∶m(三乙烯四胺)=58.8∶39.2∶2.0时,制得的EP胶粘剂的室温拉伸强度为16.2 MPa,断裂伸长率为56%;50℃时的拉伸强度为9.7 MPa,断裂伸长率为35%;该EP胶粘剂在50℃×16 h或25℃×50 h条件下可以完全固化。
In order to enhance toughness of epoxy resin(EP) adhesive, the amino-terminated polyurea with terminal diethylenetriamine was synthesized by reaction of amino-terminated polyether with excessive isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and diethylenetriamine, and the EP adhesive of high elongation at break was prepared with the amino-terminated polyurea as curing agent and toughener. The experiment results showed that the tensile strength was 16.2 MPa and the elongation at break was 56% at room temperature for EP adhesive, the tensile strength was 9.7 MPa and the elongation at break was 35% at 50℃, the EP adhesive can be cured completely at 50℃ and 16 h or at 25℃ and 50 h when mass ratio of EP and amino-terminated polyurea and triethylene tetramine was 58.8:39.2:2.0.
