摘要 微波固化以加热速率快、固化物均一、热能利用率高和过程控制容易等优点,在聚合物及其复合材料加工方面逐渐得到广泛应用。综述了微波固化工艺以及固化物的理化性能等,着重介绍了微波固化技术在环氧树脂及其复合材料中的应用,指出了微波固化技术今后的研究方向。 Microwave cuing has a lot of advantages such as quick heating rate, uniform cured, high efficiency of heat energy and easily process control. It can been widely used in processing of polymers and its composites. The microwave curing technics and the physical and chemical properties of the cured polymers were reviewed, and the microwave curing technology were introduced emphatically in application of epoxy resin and its composites. The aftertime development direction of microwave curing was pointed out.
