摘要
基于数控铣削加工的特点,建立了以最大生产率、最低生产成本为目标函数,以机床、刀具、工艺等限制因素为约束条件的铣削用量优化数学模型,并运用遗传算法,结合铣削实例,对铣削用量进行了优化。
Based on the features of NC milling, a mathematic model for optimization of milling parameters is established, in which the object function is based on the maximum productivity and the minimum cost of process, the restriction condition is based on limitation of machine tool, cutter, technics and so on. According to this method, the genetic algorithm is applied to optimize the milling parameters in a milling example.
