摘要
建立了某国产全承载式客车车身有限元模型,通过静动态电测试验验证模型的准确性,进而进行刚度灵敏度分析确定优化设计变量,运用有限元分析软件进行优化。在优化的基础上提出轻量化方案,达到保证在刚度变化最小及规定强度下使车身骨架质量减轻的目标。
A FEM model for the unitary body of a home-made bus is established, which is proved to be accurate by static/dynamic electrometric tests. Then optimization design variables are determined through stiffness sensitivity analysis and by using finite element analysis software, an optimization is conducted, based on which a lightweighting scheme is put forward. Thus the goal for lightweighting of body framework is achieved while meeting the requirements on strength with minimum change in stiffness.
