摘要
近代中国自1920年西方引入信托这一金融产业后,开始出现一个经理人群体,这些经理人普遍具有良好的知识背景,他们通过研究信托、从事信托实务经营、推动信托业界的联合,使这一纯粹的舶来品在近代中国取得初步发展。由此可见,经理人在推进近代中国信托业乃至整个社会发展中的能动作用,反映了一个社会发展中人力资本的重要性。
Trust business was introduced into China from the Western countries in 1920s. Since then, there had appeared a group of well - disciplined managing agents who had promoted the development of trust business in China over the recent past thanks to their studies and practices of the business. Their functions suggest the importance of human capital in the social development.
