摘要 借鉴已有的受中国传统文化影响的个人与组织契合度量表,通过探索性因素分析,结果显示,我国现阶段个人与组织契合度为五维度结构,分别为员工尊重、外部适应、创新精神、绩效取向、安定守成;通过结构方程可对测量模型进行验证性分析。采用变异数分析和单因素方差分析可知:年龄越大的员工在安定守成维度上与组织配合程度越高;已婚者比未婚者对外部适应维度与组织配合程度低,已婚者比未婚者对创新维度与组织配合程度高;单位性质对外部适应维度和创新精神维度都有显著影响。 By using for reference the individual-organization fit scale under the influence of China's traditional culture,this paper makes an exploratory factor analysis.The result shows that the individual-organization fit at present is composed of five dimensions named respect for employees,external adaptation,innovation,performance orientation and stability.And the confirmatory factor analysis through structural equation model shows that the measurement model is stable and well fitted with the information,and the settled model can meet the actual measurement requirements.Finally,by using the analysis of variance and the single actor analysis of variance,the study concludes that:the older the staff are the colder they are to the organization on the stability dimension;the married members are lower than the unmarried in adaptation to the external dimension and in concert with the organization,but they are more active on innovative dimension than the unmarried;and the nature of the unit has a significant impact on the external adaptation and innovation dimensions.
