摘要
分析了强迫振动下的鞭梢效应和地震作用下鞭梢效应的成因,从调整结构总体刚度与质量分布以及采用基础隔震方法两方面探讨了消除鞭梢效应的方法,从而改善了建筑物的抗震性能。
The author analyzes the whiplash effect under the forced vibration and the cause of the whiplash effect under the earthquake action, studies the elimination method of the whiplash effect from the adjustment of the structure global stiffness and the mass distribution, and the use of the basic earthquake prevention method, to improve the seismic behavior of the building.
