摘要
当前,现代企业激励机制存在的缺陷,制约着企业员工生产积极性和创造性的发挥,严重阻碍了企业的发展。激励在人力资源管理中扮演着重要的角色,马斯洛需求层次理论作为内容型激励理论的一种,对现代人力资源管理有着重要的指导意义。依据马斯洛需求层次理论,就企业员工激励措施进行了设计。
There are some defects in modem enterprises' incentive mechanism, which restricts the staff's productive enthusiasm and creativity and blocks the enterprise development. Incentive plays an important role in human resources management. The Maslow's Demand Theory, one of the content-based incentive theories, has directive significance for modem human resources management. This article discusses the incentive measures for the staff based on it.
