摘要 目的对Mimics V10.0软件3种三维重建方法加以阐述,为该软件在基础医学教学、术前模拟等领域的开发应用提供数字模型。方法选取3个无器质性病变成年男性膝关节,利用GE Lightspeed16排螺旋CT的薄层扫描技术,基于1.25mm层厚,85层人体膝关节的连续断层图像,Mimics直接读入Dicom格式原始图像,采用各种模型处理技术,获得表面漏洞及其髓腔填充后的左膝关节新蒙罩,以该新蒙罩为基础将所选取的阈值范围内的相邻象素连接并重组成图像后获得三维实体模型,将该模型表面数据网格化后得到面网格化重建模型,此外提取新蒙罩每一层的外轮廓线并重叠起来得到表面轮廓重建模型。结果3种三维重建方法得到的左膝关节模型轮廓清晰,均能旋转,方便测量。其中三维实体重建模型可被剖割,得到任意多平面重建曲面。面网格化重建模型可直接导入有限元软件,行运动生物力学分析。表面轮廓重建模型,可用于胫骨平台假体的设计。结论在Mimics软件中所获得的3种三维重建模型,为进行有限元分析、手术过程模拟、快速原型制造等奠定了数字模型基础。 Objective To explain three 3D reconstruction methods of Mimics V10. 0 software in order to afford the mathematical model in the basic medical teaching and the preoperative mimicry. Methods Three male knees without structural diseases were selected. The thin layer scan technique of GE Lightspeed 16-slices spiral CT and based on 85 layer (1.25mm) of human body knee and axis of CT continuous 2-dimensional pictures were used. The original Dicom format picture was read in the Mimics directly. All of the model-handling technology was utilized. The new mask of the left knee that the surface cavity and the medullary canal was obtained. The 3D Object model was gotten after connection of adjacent pinel in thresholding that was based on the new mask and reconstruction. The 3D Remeshing model was obtained after remeshed. The surface outline reconstruction model was gained after the outline of each slice of the new mask was drawen and superimposed. Results The outline of the left knee model that was gotten by three 3D reconstruction methods was clear. They could be rotated and was easy to measure. 3D Object model could be cut and the multiplanar reformation contours was gooten. The remeshed reconstruction model could be introduced into FEA software directionly to do biomechanics of sports analysis. The surface outline reconstruction model could be used to design prothesis of the tibial plateau. Conclusion The three 3D reconstruction model that was obtained in Mimics made the mathematical model basis for Finite Element Analysis, Operative Mimicry, Rapid Prototyping.
