摘要
介绍一种变压吸附程控阀内漏试验方法,在变压吸附系统停车后,先选定一个泄漏相对较小的塔,并以此作为基准塔,再进行其它塔程控阀的内漏试验。通过依次打开相关的程控阀,根据其它吸附塔压力变化情况,判断相应的程控阀是否泄漏。此方法可简单、快捷、准确判断出内漏的程控阀。
A leak testing method for PLC valve in PSA unit is introduced. After the PSA system is shutdown, a tower with small leakage is selected as the base tower and PLC valves in other towers are tested. The associated valves are opened to see if there are leaks based upon the pressure changes in other adsorption towers. This method is simple, fast and accurate in leak detection.
