摘要
随着世界经济全球化的进程和中国加入WTO后市场对接的要求,作为行政性垄断程度很高的烟草行业,逐步暴露出与市场经济发展不相适应的诸多弊端。就贵州烟草行业而言,为适应市场化的发展需要,必须对目前的卷烟营销作出市场化的调整,以确保贵州烟草行业的持续发展。
Along with the world economic globalization and China's entry into wto, Guizhou tobacco industry exposes many shortcomings which does not adapt with the market economy development, for the adaptation of marketability's development need, we must make the marketability adjustment to the present cigarette marketing, guarantees Guizhou tobacco industry's sustainable development.
