摘要
采用动态差示扫描量热法(Differential Scanning Calorimetry,DSC)技术分析研究了3,4-二氢-1,3-苯并恶嗪开环聚合反应过程,并对固化树脂的力学性能进行了研究.结果表明:3,4-二氢-1,3-苯并恶嗪开环聚合反应过程中吸热和放热的共同作用使得开环聚合反应在220℃~271.7℃范围内有一个平缓的放热峰,峰顶温度为235.5℃,固化反应为1.08级反应,反应活化能为72.6kJ/mol.3,4-二氢-1,3-苯并恶嗪的固化工艺为190℃/1h+200℃/2h,后处理工艺为220℃/2h.固化树脂的弯曲强度为84.3MPa,冲击强度为9.4kJ/m^2.
The ring-opening polymerization reaction of 3,4-dihydro-1,3-benzoxazine (DB resin was researched by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the properties of cured resin were investigated. The result shows that: there is a wide endo reaction peak from 220 C to 271.7 ℃ for the DB resin and the top of the peak is at 235.5 ℃. The reaction energy of the DB resin is 72.6 kJ/mol and the reaction lever is 1. 08. Reasonable cure technology is at 190 ℃/lh + 200 ℃/2h, and post cure technology is at 220 ℃/2h. The flexural strength of the cure resin is 84.3 MPa, and the impact strength of the cure resin is 9.4 kJ/m^2.
