摘要
采用实验法,对持续参加健美操专项训练半年以上的体育专业女大学生的腰臀比和体重指数进行对比.结果表明:健美操专项训练可使练习者身体成分发生改变,腰臀比降低,体脂减少,瘦体重增加,体重指数正常,并且身体素质也明显得到改善,说明在一定的范围内,腰臀比、体重指数与运动能力呈负相关.
This paper is an analysis of the authors' measurement of the height, weight, waist and hip of aerobics exercisers and an observation of the effect of the measurement to such body-building exercises. Through some experiments and their observation of PE aerobics major female college students and their study of a number of related documents, the authors make a comparison between the differences of such students' WHR and BMI before and after their successive training of aerobics exercises more than half a year, and hold that there is an reduction in the body- building exercisers' WHR and BMI for such a training do change their body composition in that the authors find a decrease in aerobics exercisers' WHR, in their body fat and their weight but an increase in their LBM, a fitness of their BMI and an obvious improvement of their physical diathesis.
