摘要
基于马斯洛的需要层次理论、赫茨伯格的双因素论、奥尔德弗的ERG理论,抓住编辑的主导需要,遵循公平性、适度性、时效性、具体性原则,采用分配激励、目标激励、培训激励、关怀激励、报域文化激励等等一系列激励手段,调动编辑的内驱力和创造力,唤起编辑的使命感、荣誉感,实现学报发展与编辑自身发展的统一.
It is necessary to focus on the major demands of the editors and follow the principles of equality, appropriateness, effectiveness and concreteness, with Maslow' s theory on the level of the needs, Herzberg' s Two Factor Theory and Aldeffer' s ERG Theory, to unite the the development of the school journal and the self development of the editors. At the same time, the creative power and motivation should be stimulated, the sense of mission and glory be aroused by adopting the mechanism of distribution, goals, training, concern and journal culture.
