摘要
对马氏珠母贝基础群体进行持续选择建立选系F2,比较了选系F2与对照群体早期生长差别,并估计了选择反应和现实遗传力。结果表明,在第8、14、21和35天,选系F2的平均壳长显著大于对照群体(P<0.05)。在第8、14、21和35天,选择反应和现实遗传力变化范围分别为0.63~0.89和0.36~0.51。本研究表明利用群体选择可以明显改良马氏珠母贝养殖群体的生长性状。
The second-generation selected line of pearl oyster Pinctada martensii was constructed by a consecutive selection for faster growth in the base population. A comparison of early growth of shell length between the selected line and the control line was done. Response to selection and realized heritability for early growth of shell length were also estimated in the present study. The second-generation selected line exhibited higher growth of shell length than the control line did on the 8th, 14th, 21st and 35th day. Response to selection and realized heritability for shell length growth in the second-generation selected line varied from 0.63 to 0.89 and from 0.36 to 0.51, respectively. It was concluded that mass selection was an effective approach to improving growth traits in the stocks of pearl oyster Pinctada martensii.
