摘要
人与人之间的和谐是构建和谐图书馆的基础.高校图书馆必须坚持以人为本的管理思想,不断完善内部管理制度和读者管理与服务工作,建立图书馆管理者、馆员、读者之间的和谐关系,实现内部管理和谐和读者服务工作和谐,以促进和谐图书馆建设.
The interpersonal harmony constitutes the basis for building harmonious libraries. College libraries should adhere to the thought of putting people＇s interest first, incessantly improve internal management system, the management of the readers and service to establish harmonious relations among the library manager, the librarians and the reader sand to realize the harmony of internal management and the service offered to the readers to promote the building of harmonious libraries.
