摘要
综述了钼和钼合金的致脆机理,详细介绍了固溶强化、钾泡强化、稀土氧化物掺杂强化以及其他强化方式改善钼合金的室温脆性、高温力学性能等研究现状,着重分析了稀土氧化物对钼合金的韧化作用并说明了稀土掺杂工艺对钼合金性能的影响,指出复合机制的合金化方式、改善高温的抗氧化性能和作为功能材料的应用是当前人们研究钼合金面临的新挑战。
This paper studies the britflement mechanism of molybdenum and its alloys. Current technologies on improving molybdenum alloy' s properties, such as solid solution, kalium bubble, rare earth oxide doped strengthening. are evaluated in detail. These technologies aim to improve the britflement property of molybdenum at room temperature and mechanical property at high temperature. The toughening process by the use of rare earth oxide on molybdenum is illustrated in detail. The technology of mixture alloying, anti -oxidation improvement at high temperature and the application of functional material are suggested to be the new trends in the research of molybdenum.
