摘要
针对高职学报质量有待提升,指出了提高编辑的选择能力才能保证在大量来稿里获得最好的稿件,才能从根本上提高学报的学术质量,才能使高职学报拥有鲜活的生命力。
This paper discusses the importance of selective abilities of editors of Higher Vocational Institute journals to choose the applicable articles among the great number of contributions, which is vital for academic journals to improve the quality of its publications and inject vitality into them.
