摘要
基于行为习惯是人在特定环境下重复作用形成的一种"行为定势",论述了在学生教育管理中良好行为习惯养成的重要意义,探讨了如何运用正强化巩固学生良好行为习惯、运用负强化矫正学生不良行为习惯的方式方法。
This paper, based on the idea that habit is the repeated behavior potential in certain circumstances, discusses the signifi- cance of cultivating students＇ nice manners and habits in student education management, and explores the ways of using positive intensification to foster students＇ nice manners and behaviors and using negative intensification to correct students＇ misbehaviors.
