摘要
在不同含水率、不同压缩速度条件下,对6种不同的生物质原料进行了冷态压缩成型试验,并绘制出生物质成型压力—密度关系曲线,发现同一种生物质在含水率不同时的压力—密度曲线各不相同,但有一共同交点,在该交点前后水分对密度的影响相反。压缩速度对成型密度影响较大,在相同条件下,压缩速度越大,生物质成型密度越小。
Cold state pelletizing experiment has been carried out on six different kinds of biomass at different moisture content and different pressing speeds. The curves showing the relation between pressure and density are drawn accordingly. It is found that different moisture contents will present different curves with the same kind of biomass. However, there is a point of intersection. The moisture ratio has reverse effect on the density before and after the intersection. Pressing speed has fairly great effect on density. The faster the speed, the slighter the pellet.
