摘要
利用大塑性变形技术(Severe Plastic Deformation,SPD)制备块体细晶材料近年来得到迅猛发展。他适用于不同金属、合金、金属间化合物等,使材料获得了优异的性能,因此受到了越来越多的关注。本文叙述了大塑性变形的常用方法及其工作原理,指出了目前大塑性变形法在制备块体细晶材料时存在的问题。
Using the severe plastic deformation (SPD) technology to produce the block body fine crystal material have obtained rapid development in recent years. This method is suitable for the different metal,the alloy,the intermetallic compound and so on,that caused the material to obtain the outstanding performance,therefore has received more and more attention. This paper summarizes the common method used and its work principle of SPD,points out the present state of preparing bulk fine crystal materials from SPD,and the existent problem of SPD.
