摘要
通过独立运行法对某燃料电池轿车进行振动噪声特性测试,初步确定怠速工况下车内噪声的主要噪声源为燃料电池辅助系统。针对氢辅系统箱体的振动问题,通过模态试验并结合有限元分析,迅速地掌握其动态特性。所得结果为进一步的理论分析及结构优化设计提供指导。
Through the vibration and noise characteristics test of a fuel cell vehicle ( FCV )in respective operation, it is primarily determined that the main interior noise source is the fuel cell auxiliary system under idling condition. In order to solve the vibration of the cabinet of the hydrogen auxiliary system, the dynamic property is identified by modal test helpful for the further theoretical research and the and finite element analysis. The obtained results are optimal design of the structure.
