摘要
介绍了现有船舶生活污水处理装置存在的问题,分析了处理回用船舶灰水的重要性.采用序批式膜生物反应器处理灰水,在不排泥条件下考察了系统连续运行的稳定性.结果表明:运行周期为4.5h时,系统出水稳定,CODCr、氨氮、LAS和浊度平均去除率分别为93.7%、51.7%、93.7%和93.9%;膜分离过程强化了系统处理效果.出水水质优于生活杂用水水质标准.同时研究了运行过程中膜通量的变化以及几种膜清洗方法的比较.
This paper introduces the existing problems of ship sewage treatment equipment and analyzes the importance of treating and reusing ship greywater. Sequencing Batch Membrane Bioreactor is used to treat greywater. The stability of the system m continuous working is investigated without sludge discharge. The result shows that the water comes out of the system steadily and the average removal efficiency of CODe, ammonia nitrogen, LAS and turbidity can reach 93. 7%, 51.7%, 93. 7% and 93.9% respectively under the operation period of 4.Sh. The membrane separation process can enhance the waste water treatment effect. The effluent quality is superior to the standards for utility life water. Meanwhile, the variety of the flux during the operation is studied and several cleaning methods are compared.
