转基因何首乌毛状根化学成分的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究转基因何首乌毛状根中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱色谱等方法分离何首乌毛状根中的化学成分,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其化学结构。结果从何首乌毛状根60%乙醇提取物中分离得到了12个化合物。利用理化性质及波谱技术确定其结构分别为:2,3,5,4'-四羟基反式二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、没食子酸(2)、没食子酸甲酯(3)、3,5-二羟基苯甲酸(4)、丁香酸(5)、对羟基苯甲酸(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、豆甾醇(9)、烟酸(10)、碳直链十七酸(11)、碳直链三十一酸(12)。结论上述12个化合物均为首次从转基因何首乌毛状根中分离得到;化合物3,4,5,6为首次从该种植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents from the transgenic hairy roots of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.. Methods The compounds Ⅰ - Ⅻ were isolated by a combination of silica gel, Sephadex LH - 20, and ODS chromatographic technologies and their structures were identified by spectral methods. Results Twelve known compounds were isolated from hairy roots of P. multiflorum. Their structures were identified by means of spectroscopic analysis as : 2,3,5,4′- tetrahydroxystilbene - 2 - O - β - D - glucoside ( 1 ), gallic acid ( 2 ), methyl gallate ( 3 ), 3,5 - dihydroxybenzoic acid (4), 3,5 - dimethoxy - 4 - hydroxybenzoic acid ( 5 ) , p - hydroxybenzoic acid ( 6 ) , daucosterol ( 7 ) , β - sitosterol ( 8 ) , stigmasterol ( 9 ) , nicotinic aicd ( 10 ) , n - CH3 ( CH2 ) 15 COOH ( 11 ), n - CH3 ( CH2 ) 29 COOH ( 12 ). Conclusion All compounds are isolated firstly from transgenic hairy roots of P. multiflorum and compounds 3 - 6 are isolated from P. multiflorum for the first time.
